The Board resolution dated March 18, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Vo Thi My Hanh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Legal Representative of the Company from March 18, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Bao Son as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from March 18, 2021.
