KBC: BOD approved to allow subsidiary to borrow capital

The Board resolution dated March 09, 2021, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved to allow Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Zone Corporation (SHP CORP) to borrow capital with the credit limit of VND 500 billion for production and business activities.
