According to the Board resolution dated February 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company (hereinafter GEC) approved to contribute capital into the following company:

-          Target company: Tien Giang Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: TGR

-          Number of shares to be contributed: 999,000 shares

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND9,990,000,000.

-          Owning ratio of GEC at TGR before the capital contribution: 0%

-          Owning ratio of GEC at TGR after the capital contribution: 99.9%

-          Representative of GEC at TGR: Mr. Le Thanh Vinh.
