TPB: Notice of change in charter capital

On February 08, Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) received a decision dated February 05, 2021 by the State Bank of Vietnam regarding the amendment of the establishment and operation license of TPBank. Accordingly, the State Bank of Vietnam approved the change in TPBank’s charter capital to 10,716,717,220,000 dongs.
