TYA: Board resolution on bank loans

According to the Board Resolution dated February 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable JSC approved to borrow loans at CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. – Hochiminh Branch and CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. – West Tainan Branch with the total credit limit of US$5,000,000.

According to the Board Resolution dated February 03, 2021, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable JSC approved to borrow loans at First Commercial Bank – Hochiminh Branch with the total credit limit of US$3,500,000.
