On February 03, 2021, Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation received the decision of the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated February 03, 2021 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration: 208,165,029 dongs

-       Value added tax arrears: 413,193,416 dongs

-       Corporate income tax arrears: 627,631,728 dongs

-       Late payment: 141,915,199 dongs.
