SGT: Establishing an associated company

On February 03, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SGT) approved to contribute capital to establish Hung Yen Investment and Development Group Joint Stock Company (*) as follows:

-          New company: Hung Yen Investment and Development Group Joint Stock Company

-          Address: 537 Nguyen Van Linh, Le Loi ward, Hung Yen city

-          Capital amount contributed by SGT: VND540,000,000,000.

-          Capital contribution ratio by SGT: 30% of the new company.
