On February 08, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.199/TB-SGDHCM about the change of the time for rights transference and subscription to buy shares of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company as follows:

• Time for rights transference: from January 28, 2021 to February 22, 2021 (instead of from January 28, 2021 to February 17, 2021).
• Time for subscription and deposit: from January 28, 2021 to February 26, 2021 (instead of from January 28, 2021 to February 22, 2021).
