PHS: Board resolution on the extension of credit limit

On January 29, 2021, the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) approved the extension of credit limit agreement with SinoPac Bank – Hochiminh Branch:

-          Loan limit: USD4,000,000;

-          Loan term: from November 30, 2021 to November 30, 2021.

The Board of Directors also approved the 2021 risk management policy.
