BID: Agreements with related parties

On February 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (“BIDV”) approved the underwriting agreement between BIDV and KEB Hana Bank – Ha Noi Branch. Accordingly, BIDV will issue a loan underwriting letter for Phuoc Huu Power Investment Joint Stock Company, and KEB Hana Bank – Ha Noi Branch will be the receiver of underwriting.
