The Board resolution dated February 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Meeting time:  expected in April 17, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Km 9, Ha Noi highway, Truong Tho Ward, Thu Duc City, Hochiminh.

• Report on the BOD activities in 2020
• Report from the Supervisory Board in 2020;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;
• Proposal on the personnel change;
• Proposal on the plan of profit distribution in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Proposal on the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO);
• Proposal on the selection of the auditors for the financial statements in 2021;
• Other issues.
