MBS: Change of the record date to hold AGM 2021

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, MB Securities Joint Stock Company announces the change of record date to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting as follows:

1)      Cancellation of the record date of February 03, 2021 to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

2)      The new record date to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting is March 15, 2021.
