ACBS: Decision on tax penalties

ACB Securities Company Ltd. received the decision of the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated February 08, 2021 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: 62,267,988 dongs

-          Corporate income tax arrears: 96,047,716 dongs

-          Value added tax arrears: 331,888,931 dongs

-          Late payment: 174,410,591 dongs.
