ITC: Decision on tax penalties

On February 09, 2021, Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company received the decision of the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated February 08, 2021 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: 360,379,979 dongs

-          Corporate income tax arrears: 1,507,178,809 dongs

-          Value added tax arrears: 294,721,086 dongs

-          Late payment: 245,206,109 dongs.
