The Board resolution dated January 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved to set up subsidiary with the following details:

-          Company name: TTC Hue Tourist Limited Company

-          Short name: TTC HUE TOURIST

-          Charter capital: VND 100,000,000,000 (VNG owned 100% charter capital)

-          Head office address: 8 Hung Vuong Street, Phu Nhuan Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province, Viet Nam.

-          To appoint Mr. Tran Men as the representative of contributed capital of VNG in TTC HUE TOURIST.

-          To appoint Mr. Tran Men as Chairman of BOD, Director cum Legal Representative of TTC HUE TOURIST.
