The Board resolution dated January 21, 2021, the BOD of Thanh Cong Securities Company approved the signing of loan contract with Sai Gon 3 Capital Investment Company Limited (is institution related to Mr. Nguyen Dong Hai – Chairman of BOD) with total amount of VND 70 billion, loan interest of 8%/year, and loan time to 06 months.
