TTB: BOD resolution on transferring shares in Hong Phat Invest

The Board resolution dated December 30, 2020, the BOD of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of 6,500,000 shares in Hong Phat Invest Joint Stock Company with the transfer price is not less than VND 10,000/share. After the transfer completes, Tien Bo Joint Stock Company will own 0% shares in Hong Phat Invest Joint Stock Company.
