CRE: Board resolution on real estate investment

On December 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved the purchase, selling, transfer of real estate products in Hoang Van Thu New Urban Project in wards Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So in Hoang Mai District, Ha Noi City. The project is invested by Hoang Mai Urban Investment Development Joint Stock Company with the total estimated investment of 815,282,715,000 dongs (including lands and houses).
