DLG: Decision on the divestment at subsidiaries

According to the decision dated December 31, 2020, the BOD of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (DLG) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the transfer of 100% contributed capital of DLG in Duc Long Gia Lai Agriculture Com Limited Company.

2)      Approving the transfer of 100% contributed capital of DLG in Cao Nguyen Quang Phu 1 Farms Company Limited.

3)      After the transfer completes, Duc Long Gia Lai Agriculture Com Limited Company and Cao Nguyen Quang Phu 1 Farms Company Limited will no longer be subsidiaries of  DLG.
