SZC: Board resolution on signing a contract

According to Decision No.757 dated December 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of factory operating lease contract in Chau Duc Industrial Park in 2021 with Sonadezi Service Joint Stock Company. The contract value will be less than 35% of total assets of the Company and expected at VND2,599,073,035.
