APC: Board Resolution _ 17 Dec 2020
According to Board Resolution No.05 dated December 17, 2002, the Board of Directors of An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company (stock code: APC) approved the following issues:
1) Approving the progress update report on An Phu Irradiation Plant – Branch 02 Project in Bac Ninh and the update report on the total investment in An Phu Irradiation Plant – Branch 02 Project in Bac Ninh.
2) Approving the policy on borrowing capital in Vietcombank – Nam Binh Duong Branch.
- Total loan value: 336,577,108,882 dongs
- Purpose: to pay debts in MB – An Phu Branch for the investment in An Phu Irradiation Plant – Branch 02 Project in Bac Ninh.
