LGC: Personnel change

Based on the Board resolution dated November 16, 2020 of the Board of Directors, CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      The resignation of Mr. Pham The Chinh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from December 01, 2020.

2)      The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh as Chief Accountant. On the same day, the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from December 01, 2020.

3)      The appointment of Mr. Luong Thi Thu Yen as Acting Chief Accountant of the Company from December 01, 2020.
