On December 02, 2020, Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mrs. Ha Thi Hai Van as Chief Accountant from December 02, 2020.

2)      The BOD approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh as Chief Accountant of the Company from December 02, 2020.
