Based on the Minutes of auction result dated November 06, 2020 and Decision No.2000/QĐ-VSH-HĐQT dated November 10, 2020, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company announces the result of auction to sell shares in associated company as follows:

-          Associated company: Binh Dinh Tourist Joint Stock Company (BIDITOUR)

-          Number of shares owned before auction: 969,560 shares, equivalent to the holding ratio of 49.72%

-          Number of winning shares: 969,560 shares

-          Number of shares owned after auction: 0 share, equivalent to the holding ratio of 0%.
