Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of the Vietnam Chemical Corporation in Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company (SOVIGAZ) as follows:

             Until 16:00 on October 29, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction to buy shares of Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company that owned by the Vietnam Chemical Corporation. Therefore, based on Article 14 with Decision No. 627/QĐ-SGDHCM dated October 16, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of the Vietnam Chemical Corporation in Gas and Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
