Chau Duc Construction & Development Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Chau Duc Construction & Development Joint Stock Company as follows:

             Until 16:00 on November 20, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction of the selling shares in blocks of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Chau Duc Construction & Development Joint Stock Company. Therefore, based on Article 13 with Decision No.430/QĐ-ĐTKDV dated November 05, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Chau Duc Construction & Development Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
