BWE: BOD resolution on adjusting charter capital after public offering

The Board resolution dated November 09, 2020, the BOD of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the new charter capital after the public offering to VND 1,875,000,000,000.

2)      Approving the adjustment of the Company’s Business Registration Certificate and charter according to the new charter capital.
