LBM: Board resolution on raising capital at LBM Dak Nong Concrete

On November 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company (stock code: LBM) approved to increase the charter capital at LBM Dak Nong Concrete One Member Limited Company from 25 billion dongs to 50 billion dongs in Quarter 4 of 2020. The ownership ratio of parent company is 100 percent.
