VNE: VNECO 7 is no longer an associated company of VNECO

To implement Board Resolution No.41 dated September 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation completed the divestment of all stake in VNECO 7 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company on September 29, 2020, as follows:

−        Owning volume before trading: 956,000 shares (31.16% of VNECO 7)

−        Transferred volume: 956,000 shares

−        Owning volume after trading: 0 shares

Therefore, VNECO 7 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company is no longer an associated company of FLC Group as from September 29, 2020.
