SBV: Decision on tax penalties

Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company announces the decision by the Department of Taxation of Hochiminh City dated September 23, 2020 regarding the administrative violation on tax as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: 1,040,946,671 dongs 

-          Decreasing the deducted VAT: 506,800,661 dongs

-          Corporate income tax arrears: 4,971,464,826 dongs

-          Fine for late payment: 2,592,764,783 dongs.
