CMX: Decision on contributing capital in Camimex High Technology

The Board resolution dated October 14, 2020, the BOD of Ca Mau Group Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital in Camimex High Technology Joint Venture Com Ltd with total amount of VND 150,000,000,000.

To appoint Mr. Bui Si Tuan as the representative of contributed capital of Ca Mau Group Joint Stock Company in Camimex High Technology Joint Venture Com Ltd.
