The Board resolution dated October 12, 2020, the BOD of Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company approved to allow Sun Capital Real Estate Company Limited to extend the time for the original loan according to the loan contract No.01/2018 dated September 18, 2018. Details are as follows:

-          Interest rate: 8%/year

-          Extension time: six (06) months.
