-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Offering volume: 56,040,000 shares

-          Total value of the offering (based on par value): VND 560,400,000,000

-          Offering method: private placement

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.

-          Purpose of capital use: to supplement working capital for the company’s business activities.

-          Time for capital use: after completing the offering (Quarter 4/2020 or Quarter 1/2021).
