TNA: Adjustment of charter capital

On September 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved to adjust the Company’s charter capital after getting the opinion of the State Securities Commission on the result of share issue. The Board of Directors also adopted to register to deposit additional shares at the Vietnam Securities Depository and list them on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under the laws.
