The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the competitive offering for the shares in blocks of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (SMA) as follows:

             Until 16:00 on September 16, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate the competitive offering for the shares in blocks of SCIC in Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company. According to Clause 9.2 Article 9 promulgating the competitive offering for the shares in blocks regulation of SCIC in Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company with Decision No. 355/QD-ĐTKDV dated September 03, 2020 by the Chief Executive Officer of SCIC, this auction is not eligible to be held.
