The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Company Limited in Phat Tai Joint Stock Company as follows:
Until 17:00 on September 01, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction to buy shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Company Limited in Phat Tai Joint Stock Company. Therefore, based on Article 15 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Company Limited in Phat Tai Joint Stock Company with Decision No. 490/QD-SGDHCM dated August 26, 2020 by the Chief Executive Officer of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE), this auction is not eligible to be held.
