TDM: BOD resolution on the additional purchase of BWE shares

The Board resolution dated August 18, 2020, the BOD of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company approved the additional purchase of BWE shares to ensure the ownership ratio to 38.5% charter capital of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company at Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company (BWE).
