AIS: Resolution on derivatives trading

According to the resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders dated August 18, 2020, shareholders of AIS Securities Joint Stock Company (AIS) approved AIS to add derivatives trading to the Company’s function. Therefore, the Company will carry out brokerage service, proprietary trading and clearing of derivative securities.
