- Mr. Le Huu Phuc has resigned from Director with effect since 29/06/2020
- Mr. Vo Quang Tam has resigned from Director with effect since 29/06/2020
- Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 29/06/2020
- Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai has been appointed Director with effect since 29/06/2020
- Mr. Phan Pham Ha has been appointed Director with effect since 29/06/2020
- Mr. Phan Kim Khoa has been appointed Director with effect since 29/06/2020
- Mr. Phan Pham Ha has been appointed General Manager in place of Nguyen Khac Hai with effect since 29/06/2020
