On June 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:
− Mr. Tran Vu Phuong resigned as Acting Director and Legal Representative of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company from June 29, 2020.
− Mr. Dinh Van Tan was appointed as Director and Legal Representative of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company from June 29, 2020.
− Mr. Tran Quang Ngoc was appointed Deputy Director and Legal Representative of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company from June 29, 2020.
