TDH: BOD approved the plan to issue shares for capital increase

The Board resolution dated July 07, 2020, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the plan for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity with the following details:

-          Stock name: Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 93,878,384 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of registered shares to issue: 18,775,676 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 187,756,760,000

-          Issue ratio: 100:20 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 20 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in September 2020.
