PSH: Contribution capital to establish an associated company

The Board resolution dated July 06, 2020, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PSH) approved to contribute capital for establishing Song Hong Can Tho International Petroleum Transportation Trading Joint Stock Company with total value of contributed capital of VND 18,000,000,000, accounting for 40% charter capital of Song Hong Can Tho International Petroleum Transportation Trading Joint Stock Company and appoint Mr. Mai Huu Phuc as the representative of contributed capital of PSH in Song Hong Can Tho International Petroleum Transportation Trading Joint Stock Company.
