GAS: The record date for consulting shareholders and dividend payment

On July 08, 2020, HOSE announces the record date for consulting shareholdersand dividend payment of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation:

1. Ex-right date:                      July 14, 2020

2. Record date:                        July 15, 2020

 The payment for the 2019 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           35%/ par value (VND3,500/ share)

Payment date:                          October 30, 2020

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation as from October 30, 2020.
