               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Accounting Department of Riverway Management Joint Stock No.3 on working days from 03/08/2020 (in the 1st turn); from 02/11/2020 (in the 2nd turn). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
     * Dividend payment in cash for year 2019 - 2nd turn:
          - Exercise rate: 3%/share (shareholders receive VND 300 for every 01 share they own)
          - Exercise date: 02/11/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Accounting Department of Riverway Management Joint Stock No.3 on working days from 03/08/2020 (in the 1st turn); from 02/11/2020 (in the 2nd turn). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
