CLG: CLG was late in the disclosure of AGM resolution

On July 02, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the resolution of Annual General Meeting dated June 29, 2020 of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company. In accordance to Circular No.155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, the Company was late in the disclosure of resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020.   

Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminded and suggested Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests.
