Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated July 03, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved the investment in the following project:

-          Project: Truong Thanh Five-star Hotel Complex (*)

-          Location: Thanh Long, Yen My district, Hung Yen province

-          Total estimated investment: VND300 billion

-          Operating time: 50 years from the issue date of investment policy decision

-          Implementation time: 36 months from the issue date of investment policy decision.
