On June 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved to contribute capital by purchasing shares in the additional issue to increase the charter capital of Nha Be Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

-          Buying price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Total buying value: 346,500,000,000 dongs

-          Stock type: common stock

After the capital contribution, Van Phat Hung Corporation will own 39,600,000 shares, worth 396,000,000,000 dongs, accounting for 99% of the charter capital of Nha Be Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
