Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation of whole lot public auction of principal shareholder PetroVietnam Oil Corporation at Indochina Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company through Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued by PetroVietnam Oil Corporation along with Decision No. 209/QD-DVN dated 18/05/2020, this auction does not qualify to be organized and the auction is considered unsuccessful.
