KDH: Board resolution on capital increase at Nam Phu Company

According to the Board resolution dated June 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To receive the stake transfer from members of Nam Phu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with a registered charter capital of VND20,000,000,000. Of which, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company owns 51%.

−        Total transfer value: VND9,600,000,000 (48% charter capital of Nam Phu)

−        Owning ratio of Khang Dien after receiving the transfer: 99% charter capital of Nam Phu

2)      To approve a plan for raising the charter capital of Nam Phu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. after the stake transfer above.

−        To raise the charter capital of Nam Phu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from VND20,000,000,000 to VND100,000,000,000.

−        Members will contribute more capital. Of which, Khang Dien will invest another VND79,200,000,000.

−        Owning ratio of Khang Dien after raising capital: 99% charter capital of Nam Phu.
