-          Approving to reappoint Mr. Tran My as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2020-2025.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Chi Nguyen as a member of the BODs.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Tran Chi Nguyen as Deputy CEO.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh as Deputy CEO.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Hanh as a member of the BODs.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Le Duc Quang as a member of the BODs.

-          Approving to appoint Mrs. Pham Thi Cam Huong as a member of the Supervisory Board cum Head of the Supervisory Board in the term 2020-2025.
